Ms. Pham Tuan Anh has over 20 years working experience in management and implementation of development and conservation projects/ programmes. She was the Country Programme Manager of BirdLife International Vietnam Programme from 2003 to 2012. She led the transformation of BirdLife Vietnam Programme to an independent Vietnamese NGO – the Viet Nature Conservation Centre. She is now the President of the Council and the Director of Viet Nature Conservation Centre. In addition, Tuan Anh has a strong development background. She has worked in the Vietnam-Sweden Health Co-operation from 1992 to 2001 with considerable experience on project/ programme management.
Tuan Anh holds Master degree in Public Policy (Lee Kwan Yew School of Public Policy, Singapore), Master of International Accounting (Swinburne University of Technology, Australia) and B.A. of Laws and B.A. in English language.
Mr. Le Trong Trai
Deputy Director
Mr. Le Trong Trai is a leading field ecologists (mammologist and ornithologist) and protected area planner in Vietnam, with over 35 years’ working experience. He is currently the Deputy Director of Viet Nature Conservation Centre (which was reconstituted from BirdLife International Vietnam Programme); the Coordinator of Vietnam Edwards’s Pheasant Working Group (VN-EPWG) and member of the Saola Working Group. Trai also closely cooperated with WWF Indochina Programme in WWF’s Central Truong Son Initiative project as a Central Truong Son Initiative Coordinator in 2002. He has about 10 years’ practical experience using camera traps in various habitats in Vietnam. In the last 4 years (since 2011), he has led a very successful camera trapping programme of BirdLife International Vietnam Programme and Viet Nature Conservation Centre, with tens of thousands of camera trap days, recording thousands of photos of 65 birds, mammal and reptiles/amphibians species in the Khe Nuoc Trong – Bac Huong Hoa forest complex, including various endangered species such as Sunda Pangolin Manis javanica, Giant Muntjac Muntiacus vuquangensis, Red-shanked Douc Pygathrix nemaeus, Crested Argus Rheinardia ocellata, Fairy Pitta Pitta nympha, etc.Mr.
Mrs. Le Thi Minh Hue

Before joining Viet Nature, Mrs. Le Thi Minh Hue has worked as an accountant for BirdLife Vietnam Programme since April 2006. Hue has a degree in Accounting, from the National Economic University, Hanoi. Before joining the BirdLife International Vietnam Programme, Hue had nine years of experience as an Accountant for a state-owned company.

Ms. Pham Thi Mai Huong holds B.A degree in English language and B.A of Economics. She has several year working for different INGOs and domestic NGOs before joining Viet Nature from July/2014-September/2016 as a Finance and Administrative Officer in Viet Nature’s Office in Dong Hoi, Quang Binh. Since October 2018, she is now the head of Viet Nature’s Representative Office in Le Thuy , Quang Binh cum coordinator of Khe Nuoc Trong Project.

Mr. Truong Ngoc Khiem graduated in Engineering, Faculty of Forestry - University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University in 2005 and graduated in Business Administration, Hanoi Open University in 2018. With many years working for national and international NGOs, Mr. Khiem wishes to contribute his knowledge and experiences to promote and develop the sustainable livelihood community program linked to forest protection when working at Viet Nature.
Mr. Hoang Khanh Vu

Mr. Hoang Khanh Vu graduated from Forestry University with a major in natural resource management in 2019. He has officially worked as a field officer at Le Thuy Office of VietNature Conservation Centre since April, 2021 with wishes to contribute to the conservation of nature and biodiversity in the homeland of Quang Binh. Besides his passion for work, Vu desires to explore new lands by motorbike, learning more about new cultures in all parts of Vietnam.
Mr. Duong Vinh Hung
Field Project Officer
Mr. Duong Vinh Hung graduated with an Engineering degree from Hue University of Agriculture and Forestry majoring in Forestry in July, 2020. He started officially becoming a field project officer at the VietNature Conservation Centre from April 2021. With the enthusiasm of youth and the knowledge he has learned, he wishes to work for the Centre's meaningful project activities, contributing to the conservation of nature and biodiversity in Vietnam in general and in his hometown in particular. Besides work, he enjoys playing sports and is passionate about exploring new lands.
